      Pays good ,work with alot of good guys

      Cons

      Been in this type of industry about 25 years an all those years it's all been swing shifts 2 weeks of days 2 weeks of night it's hard for a person to acclimate to those schedules so remaining days of my life thought I would try a day job to1spend more time with the grandkids.
