Pros
I have been working at AM-Touch for 2.5 years now. -One of the very few sales jobs that doesn't make you stressed out. -The people here are like family and everyone gets along pretty well. Very friendly co-workers and managers - It used to be hard to move up in the company but that seems to have changed which is great. It seems like more people are getting more responsibilities and starting to move up in the company. -Great work life/home life balance. Unlike most sales jobs you get to go home and see your family at the end of the day. -Many of the higher up Account Managers are always helpful with new hires when it comes to sales techniques and product knowledge. -The company seems to be doing well and is always expanding -If you work hard you will be noticed for it, which is something I didn't see too much in other sales jobs.
Cons
-Grinding on those phones, but hey that's sales - Integration between systems can sometimes fail which can causes chaos but doesn't happen too often. - I have definitely noticed some people getting too comfortable and not trying to grow there territory which can be infectious. Don't get sucked in!!!!
