      Pros

      The office was really nice. Great laptops, tech etc.

      Cons

      Poor work culture with lots of gossiping from older staff even inside the people and culture department. One week after starting, i was pulled into a meeting where i was told the office was relocating and i had 2 months to find a new job and that i wasn't eligible for redundancy pay.

      Pros

      Smaller company so you are able to grow into greater roles quickly and learn a lot. You get to wear a lot of hats and do things you would not normally have the opportunity to complete at a larger firm.

      Cons

      You wear a lot of hats and therefore have more of a workload.

      The team and manager were incredibly welcoming; everyone wants to see you succeed
