      Pros

      Free Tickets, Popcorn, Drinks. Get to see friends those you are working with and those who are customers. Flexibility.

      Cons

      Some management was a bit crazy but you will find that anywhere. PAY sucks. I was fine with it since it was my first job but I was getting minimum wage and raises are RARE.

      Not too intensive work, friendly coworkers, free movie tickets!!

      Cons

      Being an usher can be kind of icky sometimes, can be busy during peak times, only minimum wage, late closing hours
