The job is completely janitorial, The management is beyond saving, if you mess up, you will not be notified until after the situation, and not by the manager who noticed, but by someone they told to tell you. If you expect anything above minimum wage, go elsewhere. Management is selfish and anything but caring. They will schedule you less if they don't like you, and be unpleasant either way.
