incompetent management, was regularly over-staffed and management could not manage minor situations. Also I got the sense that the management did not really care about what was going on eg: when management was alerted that movie posters were falling out of the display they took no action. when patrons asked to speak to a manager the managers often sent me back with coupons but wouldnt come to speak to the patron.
