      Excellent medical insurance, other benefit coverage isn't amazing, but it is still pretty good.

      Cons

      Poor communication between theatre managers, DO have little clue what happens in a theatre.

      Not too intensive work, friendly coworkers, free movie tickets!!

      Cons

      Being an usher can be kind of icky sometimes, can be busy during peak times, only minimum wage, late closing hours
