      The opportunity to work in a high-tech company, and be at the forefront of progress

      Cons

      Endless office intrigues, behind-the-scenes struggles and bickering, attempts to undermine high-ranking managers by lower-level managers in order to secure their positions, a highly toxic work environment.

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
