the benefits are great, and don't have to wait to get vacation days. 1st year you start of with almost 2 weeks. change in management recently is really starting to help the culture with in and younger people given the opportunity to lead.

most employees are seniors, hard to change their culture. most people are quiet and keep to them selves.
