      They are very flexible and encourage a work-life balance. They are very open to change and give you autonomy to do your job. I have learned a lot over the last year and highly recommend AMETEK as a great place to work.

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
