Pros
Sammy is a great manager and is easy to work for. He doesn't micro manage and helps when needed. As a team everyone works together to make sure we get all services billed and have a friendly relationship outside of work. Other departments are friendly and easy to get along with.
Cons
Near month end close it can get stressful as we are closing everything out, but that comes with all billing or finance positions.
