Pros
Nice neighborhood, semi efficient team of people. Some would work, some wouldn't. Those that didn't pull their weight still had a job.
Cons
Benefits terrible for a healthcare organization. Since Alexian merge, many people lost jobs and there were positions created for those who sucked up. Yearly increases were also sad, but the cost of insurance went up each year. So basically, one would make LESS money each year instead of more.
