Pros

I have met many great people and have witnessed top quality care provided to our patients. What I will miss the most when I part with the company is being a part of a team of amazing, hardworking, caring, and compassionate people. Together we have provided outstanding care to our patients. Additionally, I have had some excellent preceptors during my clinical rotations for the nursing program I just graduated in December 2020.

Cons

Pay and benefits can be better.

Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

Cons

When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
