lack of access to supplies, limited technology to use in inpatient setting, lack of resources for learning about the groups. there is no time for social work supervision especially if you work the pm or overnights because there is no social workers/ case managers there during those shifts. floating to other units happens often and they did not offer hazard pay in the psychiatric unit during COVID pandemic. there is high turnover rates and lack of assistance with burnout.
