Senior servers are so far up owners Favoritism. Lack of disclosure for payout/tipout to support staff. Long and laborious closing task and shifts. Owners are dismissive and cagey. Retaliatory. Dishonest. They let their untrained daughter run restaurant like an imbecile. Discrimination against ALL RACES

None. The employees were nice I suppose.

I was asked to come in at 5 pm and then ignored for 45 minutes. Then I was asked to work for a couple of hours without filling out a W4 . Two hours later I asked what they wanted to do, and the owner said just keep working and gave me a W4 to take home and fill out. I worked hard for almost 5 hours. Got paid nothing, got tipped nothing and when I asked if I was coming in the next day as agreed upon, I was told "I'll text you." At this point I don't even know if the owner plans on paying me, since he did not seem interested in doing things the proper way.
