Pros
The pros I would say is it’s very easy to learn and pick up. If you’re willing to work, it’s easy to ramp up your business.
Cons
All director level and above are always changing, getting fired, quitting..nothing is consistent. directors are so micro managing- VP level execs agreed. It was so insane, I had to sit directors down several times to discuss it with them. One week they tell you how to do things, the next week it’s changed and they are scolding you for doing things the first way. I was very successful during my time there and found a process that worked for me (which made them loads of money) but was reprimanded constantly for not using their process, when my process was extremely successful for them. I also was not allowed to use my PTO that I worked for many times I was denied. You literally have to call in sick to get a day off.
