Pros

Allowing work from home opportunities

Cons

•The workload for the pay does not add. •They do company layoffs without notice to give your job to overseas radiant workers. •Having to come into work mandatory one day a week is pointless, a waste of gas with no travel pay when you live 45/50 minutes away. •Very number and production based. •Previous CEO was WAY better

Pros

My experience with AMN’s hiring and onboarding process has been truly best-in-class. Every interaction—from Talent Acquisition to leadership—was professional, thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely human. Communication was clear and timely, expectations were well managed, and I felt respected throughout the entire process. What stood out most was the people-centered culture. AMN doesn’t just talk about values—you can feel them in how they engage with candidates and new team members. The onboarding experience has been equally impressive: organized, welcoming, and intentional. I’m excited to be part of an organization that leads with both excellence and heart.

Cons

None that I have encountered yet.

Pros

AMN Healthcare provided opportunities to work on meaningful projects that supported healthcare organizations across the country. Leadership encouraged collaboration, and I had the chance to work with talented colleagues from different departments. The company invested in professional development, offered flexibility, and promoted a culture focused on solving complex problems while improving the healthcare experience for clients and clinicians.

Cons

Like many large organizations, priorities could shift quickly, making it challenging to balance competing initiatives. Communication between departments could sometimes be improved, and decision-making occasionally took longer than expected because of the size of the organization.
