Unprofessional etiquettes towards fresh graduate - Environment Officer AMR Environmental Employee Review

Comfortable environment and office is nicely facilitated. feel warm and welcome. They constantly communicate on new updates so employees will be informed. If you don't read / respond the notice, it is your choice. Don't blame company if you not knowing the latest information on certain policies.

I don't understand when people who got terminated or resigned, writing false claims about this company. While it is their own attitude. Just move on. Everything is all right and appropriate here.

- we received many benefits other companies don't usually offer, like nursery (child) benefit, early attendance bonus (monthly) and more allowances. - nice culture to have potluck weekly - circulars are shared clearly and informed (before signing) even though with interns - bosses are very friendly and accessible for communication at all times - bosses will personally treat staffs when doing overtime and give presents to newborn, newly weds. - one of the directors personally recommended to the board and chose me to join them immediately, something I will never forget. - fast pace. but very acceptable. everywhere is almost the same actually.

it is very normal everywhere if bosses comment on our work. we learn from there.
