Pros

I cannot think of any pros to say

Cons

The worst place to work at! The owner (Ashley Robbins) is a complete jerk. If you want to pay waaayyy under market, be disrespected in any possible way, be stressed everyday at work just go for this company. The owner only thinks about his profit. Never saw anyone cheaper than him. He does not give any value to his employees at all!!!! Stay away from him and his business which is full of fraud

Pros

You will find exactly how much suffering you can endure. And you might gain some pretty good engineering knowledge - if you survive.

Cons

You were a slacker in school and your GPA is in the gutter. The real world job search is kicking your butt and your battered and bruised ego has led you to new lows. The story of every young engineer who ends up here is the same. Welcome to Mordor my friend. Grab a coffee and get comfy. You will be cussed at, berated, disrespected, and treated like you don't matter (you don't). You will be made to feel like an idiot for not knowing things you were never taught (it's your fault). You will be paid the literal minimum possible wage to start and you will need to claw your way up for every tiny raise (it's what you're worth). You will feel a constant level of stress that will begin to negatively affect every other part of your life (what are you, a wimp?) This is a slave house for engineering work. If you have a high tolerance for pain, abuse, and working under stupid pressure, you'll get some pretty good experience. You will come out beat up, hardened, and emotionally stunted. This is boot-camp. This is the deal you make when you sign on the dotted line at AMR.

Pros

You enjoy an arrogant leader. You enjoy listening to or watching people being fired every month... until it’s your turn.

Cons

Team dynamic changes constantly. No one feels safe in their role due to irrational, personnel decisions made by management. Ashley will hire only so he can fire someone he doesn’t like, or who he has set up to fail.
