- Senior Management only talk to you when doing something wrong; otherwise barely know your name - Promotions to supervisory positions made with no regard for the individual's ability to lead and motivate supportive staff - Good ol' boy network - Contracts department seems to operate with the "react" instead of "proact" mentality - Lack of communication from upper management = rumor/gossip galore
