Pros
The management team is wonderful. My manager, not so much. We spoke to upper management but very little changed. The HR Manager is caring and professional but has too wait on Corporate HR for everything. Ridiculous! The Plant Manager is great but the equipment breaks and employees are not trained. He constantly has his hands full with running the plant. Benefits are excellent and pay is sufficient but not great.
Cons
12 hour rotating day/night shifts are killer. Everyone needs more training. Corporate has no clue about what happens at plant. We brainstorm continuous improvement but Corporate won’t pay for anything. It is frustrating.
