      I've really enjoyed working at AND — the people are fantastic, I feel very supported in my role and Managers/Leads are great and trust people to get the job done without micromanaging. Work-life balance is genuinely respected, with an emphasis on setting healthy boundaries and taking time when needed.

      Cons

      The business has been through a challenging period, like many in the industry, but it feels like we're turning a corner. Recent changes and improvements are promising and show a real focus on building a stronger future.
