      Good pay and flexible work

      Cons

      Politics runs everything and made very tough for people trying to perform their best to make things better. Typical Italian culture, it is still the same even now with Hitachi’s name beside it.

      Small company with great benefits and perfect office location. Some pleasant people to work with. Good company to start your working carrier.

      Cons

      Very bad working environment. Not many chances to grow. Awful management with no respect towards the employees. Not a place where I would suggest to work for.
