Pros

So far it's been steady work. Management will leave you alone as long as you do your job

Cons

If you have any self respect and value that self respect then stay away. Harassment is a big issue here. Theres no actual punishment for it. They just slap them on the hand and tell then not to do it again. Reporting it is pointless. They dont drug test at the facility so it's easy to pass. Most of these people are drug addicts and/or alcoholics that smell like alcohol when they come in .I've actually seen someone crack a beer open in the parking(in their car) lot at the end of the shift. Their hiring system is trash because they dont really screen people. They just had a lady who stole chemicals to make methamphetamines . This isn't the first time something like that has happened Extremely underpaid. They pretty much slap you in the face while they bring in drug addicts in and pay them more when they have less or no more experience than you. They do their best to push you down and prevent advancement.

Pros

The company has a good pay rate and benefits for entry level employees looking to start in the field of manufacturing. In addition, people with experience see that reflected in their starting pay rate. I had no previous experience with manufacturing, but they gave me the opportunity. I learned a lot during my training and hands-on work.

Cons

While working there I continuously looked for ways to further develop my knowledge of the machinery and add to my pay rate, to no avail I got stuck in one position for months until we parted ways. Note: This is not the reason we parted ways.

Pros

Dedicated long term hourly employees

Cons

Ownership demonstrates a narcissistic and micromanagement-driven leadership style, which negatively impacts operational efficiency, workplace morale, and employee autonomy. The company’s business model is heavily dependent on the firearms market, accounting for approximately 80% of revenue, creating significant volatility and exposure to market fluctuations. Additionally, the organization faces ongoing cash flow challenges and has made minimal investment in equipment, technology, or infrastructure improvements. Internal systems and processes remain outdated, limiting scalability, productivity, and overall competitiveness. Salaried employees have not received annual compensation increases since 2021, and there is no formalized bonus or incentive structure in place. Salaried employees are expected to remain accessible to ownership at all times, including during vacations and outside normal business hours, effectively creating a seven-day workweek expectation. Interactions with ownership are characterized by verbal criticism, hostility, and personal insults, contributing to a highly stressful and unprofessional work environment.
