Unfortunately the lack of overseas investments will stifle the growth of this company lack of trust in staff poor working conditions and lack of interest in regards to serious issues being emotionally led rather than the business led, this makes it very difficult to grow an effective channel and has no real strategy is about shifting tin in the quickest possible way using a very old mentality where a lot of the competitors in the market have moved on well past this. also have severe lack of confidentiality and poor processes , zero benefits of working company frowned upon about taking any type of holiday and pay can be not paid on a regular day and sometimes held to ransom over paperwork slower paid expenses back with processes and procedures consulate changing with no communication.
