Direct interaction with the senior management team who are very approachable. However don't know how useful it is as they're doing a business that they don't understand at all
Cons
They call themselves a start up but are anything but a startup - completely useless HR. They cut earned leaves and pay without any reason. Noone will support against such actions as they're just trying to be in the good books of the founder - worst tech team. They're just good at telling stories and the worst at their own work - coming to culture. Super micromanagement. Everyone is insecure so they try to cover it up by doing useless work. Working on weekends and 0 appreciation for it is the norm here. Be ready to do work which has 0 meaning. Also, they are super cost conscious. Worst increments and bonuses in the industry and will cut pay at the first chance they get
