Pros

- Team culture which has been built of a large expat contingent - BBQ's (in summer) and drink trolley on a Friday afternoon

Cons

- high employee turnover in the past 12 months - very little investment in employee development and training - doesnt compensate employees based off the market rate for their role - poor office technology (wifi strength is non existent, unable to call mobiles due to poor VOIP plan,the list goes on and was incredibly frustrating)

Benefits, salaries, lots of awards to production employees manugacturing plant is situated in an area with lots of establishement

Cons

no transparency leaders are hypocrite, make stories behind your back no salary increase even if you are working lots of jobs they retrenched many employees every year highest number of employees leave every year
