Cons
The company gave a full dollar / hour raise to the temps working there but has yet to give the APL employees anything. They continually lie about compensation, telling us "we've kicked it up to corporate" - please do not insult our intelligence by expecting us to believe this lie going on 4 months now. The full time employees truly feel under valued by not getting equal compensation. Currently, more than 50% of employees are looking for employment elsewhere to get out of the Pleasant Prairie plant. Constant arguments between the supervisors (1 recently walked off the job) and management honestly treats us like we should be happy to have a job here. "So shut up and get back to work or we will find someone who will".
