-gossip everywhere -if you are new, you have no chance in competing against staff who have been there for 3+ years, it's like a closed community -don't bother pursuing if you like working and want to progress -you won't get ACTUAL training, just a bunch of people telling you stuff instead of explaining - no mercy if you make a mistake -everyone expects you to know everything even though you stated you don't have experience and wish to explore -all the promises made in the interview will be broken on day 3 -you will be busy but bored, asked to keep up with everything but also expected to just know who to speak with and just... I started in July and found out that around 5 people left. I wish I left in August but I have bills to pay. Look elsewhere if your mental health is important
