      Nice people, collegial atmosphere, relaxed dress code / office casual, ability to work from home at times, considerate of family obligations

      Cons

      Double standards when it comes to being able to work from home, MUST use PTO for all doctor appointments OR schedule them on company vacation/time off, limited ability to progress professionally
