There were more pros than cons

Pay is fair for the work. A good amount of holiday and PTO after your first year. Clean. Quiet unless you work stamping or unit weld areas. Very good about getting your 40 even when Toyota's slow. Feed you more than most places.

More and better food choices. A little less of the buddy system. Company could be a little more diverse. So goes Toyota, so goes APMM. If you cross the wrong one, LOOK OUT! When they have it in for ya, I'll say this... Update your resume!
