      Appla is a very welcoming place to work. Very supportive and flexible. Opportunity to tutor students of different abilities and work closely with other tutors and teachers. Good place to work for both new and experienced tutors.

      Pros

      Working with APPLA has various pros. Not only does it have a competitive pay but all training is provided. Working hours are also based on the individual's flexibility and availability so there is little pressure from management to take hours that do not fit your schedule.

      Cons

      There are no real downsides to working with APPLA. Of course there are challenges for example, there is no guarantee that all student's will show up to your lesson, all of the time.

      Allowed well paid flexible hours that suited my needs. Provided any extra support when needed.

      The timesheet system could have been easier to use
