      No pros in this company... Never accept offer from this company ... very bad one they will hold your salary for 45 days and they will never going to give you that salary ever , for your documents you have call again and again .

      Cons

      Worse decision of my life. They will do micromanagement and fire you in 1 sec. No job security. Bond for 2 years. Salary issues and document issues.
