Cons
The status of the company is a secret to all employees except for the President and his few close confidants. He will hold a company-wide meeting and explain how everything is looking up and everything is wonderful... 2 weeks later there will be group lay off. Example: There was a company wide paycut, one month later approximately 15 employees and a guest each were taken on an all expenses paid trip to Jamaica. The President, VP, and CFO also went on the trip. Over the course of the last 2 yrs roughly 75 employees were laid off and the positions were not refilled.
