ARI used to be an inspiring place to work—a space that valued ideas, learning, and meaningful research. Unfortunately, after being sold, it has completely lost its soul. The new rules have stripped away everything that once made ARI special. There are no appraisals, no real projects—only hollow theories, and an environment of excessive control. Phones are banned, casual conversations are discouraged, and even basic freedom of speech feels nonexistent. The workplace now feels rigid, monitored, and suffocating rather than collaborative or innovative. What was once a vibrant research-driven organization now feels like it is driven purely by money, with little regard for employees, growth, or intellectual contribution. Morale has taken a serious hit, and the passion that once defined ARI has been replaced by frustration and disappointment. It’s heartbreaking to see a place with so much potential turn into something so unrecognizable. For anyone who values learning, creativity, and respectful work culture—this is no longer the ARI it once was.
