Pros
Free Thursday Lunch - though I list this as a pro the free lunch Thursday should have stopped some time ago. It lost its original intent to introduce the influx of new employees with the introduction of the LXP Division. It has now become expected and there are constant complaints from individuals as to "what's for lunch?". The building itself is beautiful and very impressive to visitors. Several TV screens are located throughout the facilities including the lunchrooms.
Cons
The HR Dept is the company's biggest drawback. I do agree with other former and current employees reviews. This is a "mean girls club" including the one male who participates in their less than professional behavior. I can not leave my title on this review because I will become their next target. Employees have no source of reporting problems as stated in the policies because of the hostility shown to them if they complain. They continue to allow managers behavior to continue without consequences. Also - there is no sense of confidentiality. We all know that what is said to HR is discussed at their lunch table and to others.
