A growing chain of convenience stores using a very detailed product-centric approach makes it a smart and unique operator in the space.
Cons
Hard on people, low pay, poor benefits and deaf upper management. Emails, texts and phone calls day and night. Lousy communication and total disregard for front line staff -- in fact, they think their store and district leaders are stupid. Hyper-micro management.
