CEO is absent and clueless. VP's have no leadership skills. Company so incompetently mismanaged the bread and butter of their business and is shifting to other priorities. Human Resources incompetently mishandles terminations. Massive layoffs left many ex-employees feeling burned and bitter. Many other employees terminated without just cause leaving them feeling just as burned and bitter. Their idea of marketing is stadium marketing and paying a guy to dance while wearing an ASAP shirt.
