Incompetent GM (how many transformations need to fail?) and Snr management layer within their Delivery Practice but some external hires have come in (most with previous roles at Radically consultants hired in 2025 to evolve a failed attempt in 2020 to go agile) all done behind closed doors, 3 day office mandate starts Mar, will be interesting to see if those who were hanging in there based on flexibility leave. So many good people on the ground keeping things running despite management, not the same bank it was a few years ago, career progression if you’re willing to play the game
