Senior Business Support Administrator - Senior Office Administrator ASC Connections Employee Review

I have worked at ASC Connection for over 12 years. I enjoy my role for multiple reasons including the people I work with, as everyone helps each other and there is a real team spirit within the group, which creates a great atmosphere. The Directors/Managers are all very approachable, whether on a business or personal level. In addition to this, we have a lot of social events which makes them more enjoyable as it feels like being part of an actual team than just being a generic job. The Birmingham city centre location is an added benefit as it is close to all amenities. Finally, the fact that flexible working arrangements are still available after the pandemic is perfect for me, as I can manage my work/life balance better. Overall, I enjoy working at ASC because of its genuine feeling and have done since I started.
