Pros
Safety oriented almost to a fault. Small family feel environment in what seems like a big company. Opportunity to learn and skills to grow. Fairly decent benefits package.
Cons
Your sick time is your vacation time and your vacation time is your sick time. All wrapped in one called PTO you dont have any separate sick days aside from your vacation time. You must also use your vacation time first if you are sick. There are about 14 supervisors with yellow hats and it changes constantly. Your pay rate will never reflect the industry standard. Typical days consist of ten hours with Saturday work being regular. They care more about their salary workers then hourly and its evident with the mass amount of free snacks and drinks they provide for the salaried staff.
