- Workforce fluctuations (incapacity to retain experienced workforce) - Frequent displays of lack of respect from management to employees and among employees (bullying) - Lack of organization resulting in tight deadlines - Unclear management hierarchy, impossibility of addressing problems - No performance evaluation, no consistent reward for achievements or working overtime - Coercion into involvement in unethical activity (e.g. contributing to academic plagiarism- employees coerced into making academic projects for the daughter of the boss) - Coercion into working overtime - Lack of professional standards and quality control (e.g. falsified data building permit documents) - Fraud in paying black money to employees (contracts on minimum wage, rest of money below the counter) - Fraud in not paying software licenses - Existing racist attitudes (clients of African origins, are referred to as 'blacks' in a derogatory manner - Invasive to free time (work phone calls after work schedule ended)
