      Pros

      Good culture and healthy dynamics between colleagues. Everyone was encouraged to voice their opinions. There’s possible room for progression depending on your position. Upper management worked with us rather than trying to get us to do things their way.

      Cons

      Pay raises weren’t as good as I expected them to be given the size of the company.

      Pros

      I loved working here. the tips were crazy. my restaurant right now is nowhere near as much money. I miss it.

      Cons

      None. I had to move, otherwise I’d still be there.

      Pros

      Good base rate of pay for waiting staff and on the job training. Training was continuous and happened every few months.

      Cons

      There are no flaws that I can think of. They were very flexible with my schedule and with holidays and the management at the time I worked there were great.
