By the second week I joined the team, I was belittled for various things, particularly for the the way I spoke (I have a quiet voice). In addition, there was no attempt to integrate me into any of the team. In fact, I wasn't given a single project: when I would inquire for work to do, I would be sworn at. There was a fair bit of screaming involved here at this company on a regular basis (not by me). My emails would also usually go ignored. I was put on probation just several weeks into the company, yet, as I mentioned, I had not been given a single project to work on (nor was there any other sort of material substance to be grounds for such a probation). Instead, the management tried to gaslight me into believing my advanced degree wasn't legitimate, when in reality, the lack of training and lack of projects are what led to poor results. There was simply no way to win, and it was clear early on that the management just wanted a legal way to remove me, despite my background being totally qualified to fit the role. I decided to write this review not for myself (I quickly got another position in a similar field shortly after my departure, and it has been wonderful). Instead, I write it as a warning to others who could be considering this company. Please find other options, and save your valuable time. That said, I realize that options can be limited, and also that there are different teams throughout this small company, so perhaps you will be fine. Go with your gut, and try and visit the place on-site if you can before committing yourself to working there. On a less-serious note, the health insurance plans offered here were fairly mediocre.
