      As a small shop, it was valuable working alongside all members of the company and having access and knowledge of recent happenings.

      Cons

      At a smaller shop in the industry, the resources that other agencies had normally exceeded this one's reach.

      Pros

      Really cool experience working for a high-end NBA sports agency, meet a lot of professional athletes. They pay for your lunch. Located right outside New York City. Very laid-back, friendly environment

      Cons

      Lot of work and hours to not get paid in a very expensive location. Stuck doing repetitive work in a field not interested in. Say we will get to learn about all fields of agency, but never properly let us get involved in other departments.
