Pros
Great experience in sales, great sales training IF you have the right manager. Easy to get in, and some possibilities to move up.
Cons
Hours are never consistent, pay is terrible, far too many things required to do BESIDES selling. Also they customer surveys have to receive all perfect scores for all questions, otherwise it is a failure and they will give you only a percentage of your months commission. Made it very hard to stay motivated at times.
