- Extremely racist environment. If you don`t know how to speak Chinese, Mandarin in particular, you will be alienated. I`ve even seen people speaking in Mandarin even during meetings and conference calls. What you are doing is extremely disrespectful and racist.
- Lack of professionalism and industry standards. If you take a look into the cleanroom it is a complete mess. You call this a cleanroom?
- Lack of organized documentation and procedures. How did you guys even survive 20 years? Astonishing.
- A lot of big-brained people too proud of the fact that they have a Ph.D. Seriously, what does even a Ph.D. mean to you? Many of the people are straight out of school and do not have a basic idea about this industry.
- Lack of good mentors. The older people are concerned more about keeping their positions and like the things as they were throughout the years. What kind of innovation could you expect from this environment?
- VERY VERY LOW PAY. You should note that the base salary from your competitors is far better than what you offer in the area. I think the company is exploiting kids fresh out from school at a cheaper cost.
- This organization has been selling the multibeam for years. What progress are you making now? What I only hear is that the prototype is still being delayed due to unexpected bottlenecks.
- Management does not think about innovation or progress.
- People do not have a sense of urgency in their minds. They all boast about the fact that they have been market leaders for a while. This is what is causing you people to become complacent and lazy.
