Pros

Good pay and benefits in an industry that can lead to a better job.

Cons

If you are a support worker and not an engineer or executive, you may as well be invisible. Advancement is nearly impossible unless you belong to a primarily male clique and bonuses are given based on politics and not merit.

Pros

Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

Cons

Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
