Pros
The people are fantastic. Fair salaries and bonus structure. Generous vacation and holidays. Company is solid and always growing, great job security (if the poor senior leadership doesn't drive you away).
Cons
Disappointing IT senior leadership with little to zero real IT experience who often bypass department managers. They often turn simple tasks into huge political issues instead of trusting their staff who have far more experience in both IT and the company.
