Pros
Not a lot. They provide lunch free of charge and that is pretty much the only perk.
Cons
Hyper exploitive. The wages are extremely low, far lower than a living wage. They expect oil field style hours. The managers are not on your side, they are going to promise a lot and deliver little. They regularly hire people with extensive engineering and/or technical experience at entry level positions and pay and then refuse to move them into more appropriate pay rates or positions. They will lie to you and gas light you if you mention the poor pay and work conditions. If you don't fake like you are a happy employ they will threaten to fire you. This is not a company for people who have families they want to see grow and who they need to care for financially. Management is not on your side.
